Lovemaking and sexual expression is a wonderful way to show someone how much you care, but does it have to kill you?
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and HIV are spreading everywhere. This is happening because most people who are at risk for getting a disease think they are being safe. Many of the STDs including HIV dont show symptoms until you are really ill. People who have them dont look sick and may not know they are sick. Most cases of STDs are found in people between the ages of 15-29, but with the increasing rates of disease, all age groups are at risk. The only guarantee that you wont get sick is if you dont have sex. Also, if you are in a long-term monogamous (exclusive) relationship, you both have been tested before you stopped using condoms, and do not participate in other risky behaviors (drug use) you are less likely to get an STD. No method of protection is fool proof, but there are ways for you to protect yourself. Before you start or continue having sex you need to stop and think about your sexual activities, your choices in partners, your reasons for having sex and how you plan to keep from getting sick! Consider this:
If you have ever had sex, you better check yourself!
If you or your partner had other partners, you better check yourself!
If you ever have had sex without condoms, you better check yourself!
If you are having sex without condoms cause your partner doesnt like them, you better check yourself!
If you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, you better check yourself!
If you are involved with someone who has been locked up, you better check yourself!
If you think your partner is cheating, you better check yourself!
If you are having sex with more than one person, you better check yourself
If you think having sex will make your partner stay with you, you better check yourself!
If you think anal/oral sex is safer, you better check yourself!
STDs and HIV can hurt or destroy you and the people you love.
SO, CHECK YOURSELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YOUR HEALTH,
CAUSE IF YOU DONT
THE PRICE IS YOUR LIFE!!!
